They typically have already spoken with someone at the front desk, whether they’re a new patient or established patient. When they walk in, they feel that it’s calm. They feel that they’re going to have a great experience.

Everyone puts the patient first, always. That’s always our priority. And so whether that is, you know, learning new materials or trying out different labs to see who the best is or taking more education, we always want to kind of put ourselves forward in the best light so we can serve our patients the best.

At Bell Dental Group, patients can expect a comfortable experience where they feel they’re being cared for the entire time. Nothing’s being rushed. Things are being explained thoroughly and that they can always feel that they’re in the best of hands.

The warmth and friendliness creates an atmosphere of ease. And whatever anxiety you may have had coming into the day is brought down very quickly by that. They are indeed professional as well.

And what is most impressive is that they walk you through every part of the procedure. I think overall, this dental practice has been the best practice I’ve ever been to. They’ve been very attentive to my needs and my requests and making me feel confident and making my smile the perfect smile that I want it to be.
