You know, we're really blessed with having a great staff. We have a lot of loyal employees that have been with us for a long time that do an exceptional job. We really foster the environment where they're really invested in the practice and how it runs. They make a lot of decisions, and I think because we create that environment, they want to stay and work here. It's a great relationship. It's kind of like family. It's great seeing their kids grow up and everything. It's a lot of fun to come to work to be honest with you.
We will listen intently to your smile goals and concerns to provide the best care we can. We will also thoroughly explain your treatment options and what to expect from each procedure so there will be no surprises. We can’t wait to get to know your whole family and help improve your pearly whites!
Patsy earned her bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University in 1983, and her first job out of college was right here at Bell Dental Group working for the father of Drs. Dave and Chuck Bell! She takes care of payroll, HR, banking, and accounts payable, and our staff absolutely notices the hard work she completes each day. Patsy especially enjoys her “cloffice” workspace where she can focus on the details of her work.
When away from the office, Patsy enjoys time with her husband of 30+ years and her two grown children. Disc golf is a passion of hers and she and her husband have made a goal to play in all 50 states. They played over 100 times and crossed 14 states off their list! Of course, they would also love to find a nice bed and breakfast and winery near the course to enjoy!
