We take a lot of pride in the quality care we give to our patients from the front desk, to the clinical staff, to the time we spend afterwards. If it's a larger lab case, there's a lot that goes into that even after the patient leaves. And so I would just tell patients, honestly, like they're not another number.
The front desk gets to know the patients, our patients know the front desk names, like it's just it's really exciting to see those relationships being built. We work really well together, Dr. Maggie and myself, we take turns, like if we need help with a patient, if we have questions about a case, like we're here to collaborate together. And I think that's really fantastic that we have that available to to each of us.
One thing I love with us being privately owned is we're able to adjust our schedule and allow longer appointment times if needed. It just gives us that liberty to give the proper patient care to different patients. Everyone has different needs.
And so we're not just scheduling kind of, you know, routine appointments, it's truly patient focused and can change per patient. Our values of Bell Dental Group are their dedication, compassion and quality. And Dr. Maggie loves, we send a team email and we always focus on those core values and just what can we do, what can we focus on each week to emphasize that those that's really what we take pride in is the dedication that we give, the quality of care that we give, and that we truly are compassionate about it.
And we just want to see the best for our patients. Whether it's a typical cleaning appointment, we want them to have the best experience with that, or it is a much more complex case. It doesn't really matter what level of care we're providing, we always want it to be the best experience for the patient.
