Since 1983, brothers Dr. Dave and Dr. Chuck Bell devoted themselves to providing the best possible care to families and individuals in and around Cincinnati, OH. It’s been an honor and a privilege for them to see your smiles and, in many cases, to give you a reason to smile again.

“Writing this letter is bittersweet, because caring for you and your families has been one of the greatest privileges of my life,” Dr. Chuck recently wrote in a letter to you, our patients.

He and Dr. Dave wanted their practice to be a place where patients felt comfortable, cared for, and treated like family. They have seen children grow up and welcomed new generations as well. Just as important, they have shared important moments and conversations with you that go well beyond dentistry.

“What we could never have imagined was the incredible community of patients who would trust Bell Dental Group with their care for so many years,” Dr. Chuck wrote.

Grateful Hearts

When he retired, Dr. Dave shared his own gratitude toward you, our patients. He noted in his own retirement letter to you that he would still be available for consultations and to fill in our other doctors take their own vacations.

He also is confident that Bell Dental Group is being left in good hands.

“Over the years, I’ve had the chance to mentor Dr. Maggie and Dr. Joyce, and I’m confident they will continue to provide the kind of care and attention you’ve come to expect from our practice,” Dr. Dave wrote. “I’ve also been helping to welcome Dr. Elizabeth ‘Zibba’ Huck, who will be stepping into the role I’ve held for so long. She’s smart, thoughtful, and ready to carry the torch.”

Honored to Serve

Those of us who worked alongside Drs. Dave and Chuck got to see firsthand how committed they both were to meeting the needs of our patients. Their legacy of more than 40 years doesn’t end with their retirements. Instead, we plan to continue doing what they started for decades to come.

“Your trust and loyalty have meant more to me than I can fully express,” Dr. Chuck wrote while reflecting on his retirement. “Being your dentist has never felt like just a profession—it has been a deeply meaningful part of my life. The friendships, smiles, and even the occasional nervous patient who left feeling reassured are memories I will always treasure.”
